Book a room with your dog
Dogs are allowed in selected rooms at the Village Hotel. You can choose from four of our standard double rooms with balcony, one 3-bed family room and four 5-bed family rooms. There are two dog beds available at the hotel - in addition, every four-legged friend receives its very own blanket which can be kept, as well as a treat.
We charge EUR 17 per dog per night. A maximum of two dogs are allowed per room. Please enquire about availability before arrival.
Tips for excursions with your dog in the Bavarian Forest
Go on a trip with your dog and explore the Bavarian Forest Nature Park together. With your aktivCARD guest card you have free admission to many attractions which are also accessible for dogs, including for example the Forest Treetop Path in Maibrunn. Or you can take a trip up the Großer Arber in the cable car. At over 1,400 metres above sea level, it isn’t just breathtaking views that await you, but also beautiful hiking routes of differing lengths.

Dogs in the Bavarian Forest National Park
Explore the National Park area which borders the Nature Park with your dog too. Please keep your four-legged friend on a lead at all times to protect the delicate nature and other visitors. Dogs are also welcome in the outdoor animal enclosures in the National Park.
